A tree dating back to Abraham Lincoln's time in Springfield was believed to be damaged beyond repair from last week's storms.

As someone who was born and raised in Lincoln, it was a no-brainer that I visit the Abraham Lincoln Museum and tomb during a recent trip to Springfield, Illinois.
