This is my very first blanket of the new year and I wanted something BIG, cozy, and weighted. I used a double crochet stitch with a double border, starting with 32 loops and bulk yarn numbers 40, 41, and 43. Each skein is about 27 yards and this blanket used 15 skeins total — yes, it’s a yarn eater, but the WEIGHT is incredible. The finished size is 48 by 56 inches and even with double crochet, you can still add paw prints. The FULL tutorial will be uploaded to my YOUTUBE CHANNEL tomorrow — you
