I purchased my ear candles at my local health store, but you can find them on Amazon, as well. The instructions say to set them gently in your ear hole w/o forcing them into the ear canal. I don’t see much danger of puncturing your eardrum, but apparently some people get a little aggressive🤨😁hence the warning. The instructions also said you can remove the candle to trim the candle ashes as it burns, but I felt that broke the suction action and why it’s best to have someone there monitoring it
